How do I get my account verified?
To get your account verified, you just have to upload any government ID as proof under the **** option in the Account Settings tab. It might take 1 to 24 hrs to get your account verified, once done a green tick will appear next to your username Once verified, a green tick will appear next to your name.
I am unable to login as there is an error shown in my username and password. What should I do?
We are sorry that you're experiencing login issues. we suggest you to recheck your given mail: id and password, if you forgot your password, please click Forgot Password on the Sign In page to reset your password. How do I create an account on traderlo?
You can create your account on traderlo by entering the required registration details and verifying your mail/mobile number. In order to sell/list, you need to get your account verified, which you can do in the ‘Seller Access’ Tab by uploading a government ID proof.
Can I have more than one account on Traderlo?
We suggest you maintain only one account with Traderlo, however, if you still wish to have another account you can always create a new account with a different email and contact number.
How can I close my account?
Closing an account with traderlo will erase all your recent purchases, transactions, orders, ongoing listings, and user data on the website. If you have any pending confirmations or transfers from your side please check for settlement or else your account can not be closed. If you still wish to close your account please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I update my Traderlo email address?
Yes, you can simply go to the user profile and edit the email address under Account Settings. Please note, you cannot edit your email once it’s verified.
How can I edit incorrect details in my Traderlo account?
Login to your Traderlo account and go to Account Settings tab where you can edit your account details.
I lost my phone and I am unable to login because I use two-factor authentication. What should I do?

How will I be receiving my email communications?
You will only receive the emails you choose to receive. Your email preferences and updates from Traderlo can be edited under the **Account Settings **tab.
How can I update my card information?
Login to your account and update your payment information under My Finance tab.
How can I edit my email notification preferences?
You can edit your email notifications updated from Traderlo under the Account Settings tab. Go to security and preferences and choose the Email Preferences option.
Can I change my username?
Yes, you can always change it under the Account Settings tab. Alternatively, you can drop an email to our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org from your registered email address. Please include your current username as well as the new username you wish to use.
How long does ID verification take?
ID verification normally takes a couple of minutes but in some cases, this may take up to 24 hours. You will receive a confirmation email once ID verification is done. In case you encounter any issues with ID verification, please reach out to our team at email@example.com, who will be happy to assist you!
Where can I change my personal details?
You can edit your personal details under the Account Settings tab.
Why haven't I received the activation email?
Make sure that the email address you have provided is valid and correct. Traderlo allows you to log in via email or social media websites. However, you won’t be able to create a new email ID with us! If you are still facing issues logging in, kindly drop a mail at firstname.lastname@example.org
While signing up I get an error telling me that my mail is already used?
Please check if you have logged in with the same email id before, if yes please login with the same email id and password. If not resolved feel free to reach out to us at email@example.com.
