How can I withdraw my earnings on Traderlo?
You can request the amount by simply entering the amount in the Cash Out box under Payment Activity in the My Finance tab. When your request is pending, it will be shown as Payout Requested in the Particulars. After the requested amount is fully paid Earnings Withdrawal will be shown in the Particulars. It is expected to take 5 to 10 business days to reflect in your bank account.
Where can I update my payment details?
You can update your payment details under the My Finance tab where you can add a new bank account, debit/credit card. You can also edit and delete your existing details here.
Does Traderlo accept non-U.S payment cards?
Yes, we accept international payment cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) via Stripe.
How can I modify my invoice on Traderlo?
You cannot modify invoices. We input the username at the time of the checkout. In the future, if you want a different username, then edit it under User Profile in the Account Settings tab.
Which payment cards are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Amex.
When will I get my refund?
Traderlo will initiate the refund to the payment source you used at the time of checkout. The amount will be credited to you within 5 to 10 business days if you paid using a credit/debit card. In case you have not received your refund amount within this time frame, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What should I do if my payment fails?
Please ensure that the information you enter is accurate, including all the account details, billing addresses. If your payment has still failed, please reach out to our support team via chat or drop a mail to email@example.com.
Will my tax amount also be refunded?
Yes, we refund the tax amount along with the purchasing price you paid. We provide extensive buyer protection and more information on our Refund Policy can be found here.
Why did my card payment fail?
If any transaction has been failed, please be assured that the deducted amount will be reverted back to you within 48 hours. If you get an automated mail for Payment Failure, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
Is there any maximum or minimum limit for withdrawal amount?
Yes, you can withdraw a minimum of $50.
When will my payout request be approved?
It usually takes 5 to 10 business days from the date of the payout requested for it to be fully paid. If you do not see the amount credited to your account within this frame, then please feel free to contact us at email@example.com
How can I receive payments from Traderlo?
Once the item is sold, the buyer transfers the amount to Traderlo, which is held until the seller transfers the full ownership to the buyer. Upon confirmation of the buyer, the amount will be released to the seller.
Why was my payment rejected?
If you get an automated cancellation mail for payment cancellation, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.

My card has been blocked. What should I do?
In such cases, please drop a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org to resume payments immediately.
Why has my transaction failed during checkout?
Transactions fail if the user enters incorrect payment card details in the card number field, zip code, or any other required information. However, if the amount is deducted from your bank account then please be assured as it will be credited back to your account. If you paid using a card at the time of checkout, the amount will be credited back within 5 to10 business days. Please reach out to us at email@example.com, if you still have not received your amount within the above-mentioned time
Do I have to pay anything other than the bid amount?
You do not need to pay anything other than the final bid price and the associated fees/taxes. Please see our Terms And Conditions for more information.
How can I know the status of my payout request?
You can check the status of your payout request under the My Finance tab. When your request is pending, it will be shown as Payout Requested in the Particulars. Do I have to add any amount to my Traderlo account?
In order to buy domains or bid on them, users must add at least one payment method in their ‘My Finance’ tab. All transactions will be shown in this tab and users are able to cash out their sales directly to their bank account, debit/credit card.
In which currency will I receive payment for domains I sell?
All the sales proceeds will be received in US Dollars (USD).
